You can safely and easily order your wallpaper by Muros Wallpapers (BE0778439153).
The prices on the website are EU VAT included. All products are printed and shipped from Turkey.
Order confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Check your order confirmation whether everything is correct. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service immediately (WhatsApp +32467 00 22 33). Please save the order confirmation which includes you customer and order number in case you need to contact us. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.
Shipping method and delivery times
Delivery time: 3-7 working days depending on where you live.
Sent directly to your home or business address in your country.
Subject to any delays in shipping companies.
The cost excludes import taxes which depends on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Complaints
The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall and cannot be returned.
The products are always controlled for quality before shipment. Check them carefully before installing for any damage that might have occured during the delivery process. Damaged products that are already (partly) installed cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge.
We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product is damaged, faulty or defective, such as extra work, materials or the like. It is up to the customer to check the product before installing it. We do not reimburse for faulty installations. If any dispute arises, the public complaints committee recommendations will be followed.
